On a side note, I've added a new picture of me on my blog and changed to a 3 column template however, now my banner won't load. So, Allison if you are reading this how did you get yours to load when you changed. I see it on the screen when I change the page elements but it won't display! I will be adding more links etc back to my blog and changing the colors over the next week or so as I have time.
